Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Spring Branch, Texas will conduct a regular meeting to be held on the 11th day of August 2025 at 6:30 PM at:

The following items will be discussed in regular meeting.

  1. Call to order, roll call and Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. Approve minutes from July Meeting.
  3. Financial report.
  4. Discuss and consider the outdoor monument lighting permit application for Lennar Simmons Valley Subdivision.
  5. Discuss and consider the proposed 2025 Truth in Taxation Property Tax Rate.
  6. Discuss and consider adopting the proposed 2025-2026 Budget.
  7. Public comment.
