Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Spring Branch, Texas will conduct a regular meeting to be held on the 10th day of November 2025 at 6:30 PM at:

Fire Station #6, 9850 FM 311 in Spring Branch, Texas.

The following items will be discussed in regular meeting.

  1. Call to order, roll call and Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. Approve minutes from October Meeting.
  3. Financial report.
  4. Discuss and review newest draft of comprehensive sign ordinance.
  5. Discuss and consider renewing 10 year franchise agreement with Pedernales Electric Company/PEC.
  6. Discuss and consider Valvoline sign permit application.
  7. Public comment.
