City of Spring Branch

Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Spring Branch, Texas will conduct a regular meeting to be held on the 14th day of July 2025 at 6:30 PM at:

Fire Station #6, 9850 FM 311 in Spring Branch, Texas.

The following items will be discussed in regular meeting.

1. Call to order, roll call and Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Approve minutes from June Meeting.
3. Financial report.
4. Discuss and consider outdoor lighting/sign application request from Simmons Valley Subdivision South Entrance is compliant with International Dark Sky and with City of Spring Branch Lighting Ordinance.
5. Discuss and consider approval for City of Spring Branch to authorize Grant Works to issue requests for proposals for administrative services (RFP) as a disaster recovery management service provider to complete application and project implementation and requests for qualifications (RFQ) for engineering services for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA)/Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) funding administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Texas Division of Emergency Management and/or Texas Water Development Board.
6.
