City of Spring Branch

Notice is hereby given that the City of Spring Branch, Texas will conduct a Finance Committee workshop to be held on the 16th day of May 2021 at 9:00 AM at the Curtis Bremer Training Facility, 9850 FM 311 Spring Branch, Texas. The following items will be discussed in regular meeting:

  1. Call to order, roll call. 
  2. Review the past year’s monthly financial statements with the supporting documentation.  These will need to be signed off on.
  3. Go through the procedures for review of cash accounts and cash needs projections according to the Public Funds Investment Act. 
  4. Sign & send RFP letters for banking relationship.
  5. Sign & send RFP letters for audit.
