Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Spring Branch, Texas will conduct a regular meeting to be held on the 13th day of July 2026 at 6:30 PM at:

Fire Station #6, 9850 FM 311 in Spring Branch, Texas.

The following items will be discussed in regular meeting.

  1. Call to order, roll call and Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. Approve minutes from Jun Meeting.
  3. Financial report.
  4. Discuss and review four (4) sign permit applications for Valero located at 9650 US Hwy. 281 North.
  5. Discuss and review two (2) sign permit applications for Trinity Jiu Jitsu located at 7260 US Hwy 281 North.  
  6. Discuss and review new sign permit application for Simmons Valley Subdivision located on Hwy 281 North.
  7. Public comment.
